About The Visionaries Initiative, Inc.
Our Mission
The Visionaries Initiative, Inc. (TVI) is a 501(c)3 community-based nonprofit organization. The organization was established as a grassroots community effort in March 2016 with the mission of curbing violence and crime in underprivileged communities throughout the United States by rebuilding family and community values, addressing issues of economics, and focusing on violence and crime prevention as well as anti-recidivism. Re-established in January of 2020, TVI has reinforced that mission to establish, administer, and grow a culturally empowering alternative to negative behaviors for a population group that
is disproportionately impoverished,
disenfranchised, and in confinement through providing community-based rehabilitative services that will divert individuals affected by those conditions from negative behavior to positive, productive interactions within society.
